Stremicks have now secured all of their milk supply from family-scale farmers of high integrity.  They have also now fully participated in the Cornucopia dairy study and they will move up from a 1-cow rating to a 4-cow rating on our scorecard.

They should be congratulated and we hope their brand will be rewarded in the marketplace.
