 Organic Choice was founded and is owned by a group of Wisconsin dairy farmers. They have a profit-sharing program with the approximately 50 small, independent dairy farms that ship milk to the organization. In addition to selling organic raw milk to a number of other dairy marketers, they have recently launched a project to distribute their own organic cheese and keifir. We are pleased that their rating is so high. Not only do they represent farms that truly reflect the consumer's expectation, but we would like to acknowledge that their response to our study was the most complete, open, and comprehensive of any received.
